What is Personal Branding Photography?

Personal brand photography is a style of photography that is used by people who connect to their audiences and clients on a personal level.

This type of photography showcases you and your personality in a way that lets your audience get to know you better.

Telling stories about what you do on a daily basis both in your business and your personal life gives your audience and customers more ways to relate to you.

This building of trust is what makes you stand out from others and brings your clients back to you when they are ready to purchase and utilize your services.

It can be hard to do this online and great photos can help you build that relationship.

We will work through what you wish to feature together and create your dream list of images for our shoot during our consultation.

What do I need to do to get ready for my personal branding shoot?

Once we have decided on a date for your shoot we will schedule an online meeting and consultation.

During the consultation we will go over wardrobe, location, and all the details.

Where will we shoot, I don’t have an official office?

All of these details will be decided during our consultation.

The location is up to you. If you have a wonderful workspace or home you would like to showcase that is great.

If not, we can find ways to work around that. We also have the option to rent a workspace as well as do more outdoor images and shoot in local places.

I will have a small studio set up by July of 2019 so that can be another option for those who do not have a dedicated space for work.

What should we take photos of?

We will discuss this in great detail during the consultation since each persons photo session will be different there is no cookie cutter answer to this question.

To give you an idea, we will plan out stories that showcase you, your business and what you do. So, stories about you might include your morning routine, your family, your pets, your hobbies etc having fun.

Stories about your business and what you do might include, you helping a client, talking on the phone, working on your computer, etc.

Depending on the package that you choose some we can also change locations and wardrobe to illustrate these ideas.

What should I do with my images?

There are so many uses for your images the sky is the limit!

Most people use them on their website and social media just to start. However, things like your email signature, press releases, LinkedIn and so many more places can benefit for a professional picture of you that really shows who you are.
